Garages, Carports, Patios and Awnings
	GARAGES, SHEDS, GARAPORTS, CARPORTS - Portal Frames - we use heavy duty galvanized C-sections with fully bolted 3mm knee and apex plates for added strength. Hold Down Brackets - 5mm thick hold downs designed for cyclonic conditions. Hold Down Anchor - supplied in kit to engineering requirements. Personal Access Door - deluxe one piece folded metal door with entry lock set, fitted into rebated door jambs to provide waterproofing and security. Roof Sheeting - 0.42mm BMT high tensile steel, available in wide range of colorbond finishes. Our roof is fully trafficable and the sheeting is fixed through the top rib with leak proof screws. Guttering and Downpipes - included in kit price at no Extra cost. Colour coded screws - supplied to match all colorbond sheeting and flashings. Gliderol Roller Doors - colorbond colours Building Size - Any size, any length, any configuration! Engineer Designed - and certified site specific plans. Full Council Approvals - arranged. PATIOS AND AWNINGS - Patios & awnings are only limited by our imaginations so if you have an idea of a design that you would like custom designed/built then come & talk to us. We can supply and build a variety of roof options including but not limited to insulated sheeting, electronic sunroof, flat panel, corrogated, clear sky light sheet panels.
Barns
	BARNS - Follow our structural quality of the portal frame design using heavy duty galvanised framing incoporating the full range of BlueScope steel roofing and wall sheeting profiles. This unique style of building adds that special touch of class to enhance the value of your property. With the added benefits of greater heights in the centre tower for that special requirement of your boat, caravan or horse float we can also easily design a fully engineered mezzanine floor to the tower area.
Water Tanks
	TANKS - Rainwater Tanks allow you to capture rainfall and use it when you need it. Not only are our tanks designed to meet all relevant Australian standards, every tank is manufactured using high-quality UV-stabilised food-grade polyethylene. With a strong one-piece contstruction. Our Tanks are manufactured to ensure they are tough and made to last in both domestic, commercial and rural applications - supported by a 15 year warranty on all above-ground tanks.
